It includes a 2.50 MW cogeneration power plant (two units) and a 1,000 TCD cane crushing unit. Estimated at ₹1,120 million, the project is under review for environmental clearance by the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority as of July 2025.

    Uttam Distilleries is expanding its grain-based distillery in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, increasing capacity from 40 KLD to 160 KLD and co-gen power from 3.0 MW to 6.0 MW. With an estimated investment of ₹1,040 million, construction is scheduled from November 2024 to July 2025. As of May 2024, environmental clearance is pending from the Ministry of Environment.

    A distillery expansion project in Medinipur West, West Bengal, plans to increase capacity from 300 KLD to 525 KLD. Additionally, a new PUF sandwich panel manufacturing facility is set to be established in Babnan, Hooghly, with an investment of Rs. 2,353.9 million. Both projects received establishment consent from the state pollution control authorities as of June 2025.
