Initial investment is Rs. 2,586 million, with environmental clearance obtained. Expansion to 300 KLPD (200 ethanol & 100 RS/ENA/ethanol) and cogeneration power plant is planned, costing Rs. 1,650 million, with clearance under review.

Construction is scheduled from August 2023 to July 2024. The proposal was submitted in March 2023 and work will commence after receiving environmental clearance and pollution control board consent.

The investment proposal was submitted in March 2025 and received approval from the State Investment Promotion Board by July 2025.

    A new 105 KLPD molasses/sugarcane syrup-based distillery project is planned in Maulinagar, Belkund, Taluka Ausa, Latur, Maharashtra, with an estimated cost of Rs. 570 million. Construction is scheduled from January 2026 to January 2027. As of July 2025, the project is under review by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for environmental clearance.
