    The Central Government is planning to take up Khadia expansion open cast project in multiple location. The project involves expansion of open cast coal mine from 10 MTPA to 14 MTPA in an area of 1640 ha located in Dudhi Taluk, Sonbhadra District, Uttar Pradesh and in Singrauli Taluk& District, Madhya Pradesh.
