The State Pollution Control Board has granted Consent to Establish with a capital investment of Rs. 468 Million. The consent remains valid till commissioning of the unit or five years, whichever is earlier.

    Synthetic Organic Chemicals Manufacturing Project in Bharuch, Gujarat

    A chemicals manufacturer is adding synthetic organic chemicals (resin) production capacity within its existing non-EC manufacturing unit at Saykha GIDC, Bharuch, Gujarat, raising total capacity to 4000 MT/month (2000 MT/month existing plus 2000 MT/month proposed). The project has received Standard ToR from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and is currently at the pre-construction/baseline data collection stage. Spread over about 1 hectare of GIDC-allotted land, the unit will produce a range of acrylic, polyester, alkyd, epoxy and related resins along with blended glycol.

The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has granted Standard ToR for the proposal, with construction likely to begin around November 2026 and complete by May 2027. The plant will feature an on-site ETP, rooftop solar power, and zero liquid discharge systems.
