The project is sited on about 3.26 hectares of non-forest industrial land within an existing notified industrial estate, with consent to establish already obtained from the state pollution control board. The proposal is currently under examination by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for grant of Terms of Reference, with construction yet to commence.
