The ₹145 crore project (₹92.25 crore existing + ₹52.75 crore proposed expansion) has been accepted and referred to the Expert Appraisal Committee for further review. No new land is being acquired, and no forest land is involved.

    A new manufacturing facility for a wide range of synthetic organic chemicals — including peroxides, hydroperoxides, ketone peroxides, sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid and acid chlorides — is proposed on 0.405 Ha at MIDC Lote Parshuram industrial area in Ratnagiri district, Maharashtra. The proposal is currently under verification with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for fresh Environmental Clearance, with construction yet to commence. Expected to generate 35 permanent jobs during operations.

The expansion covers roughly 20% additional capacity across synthetic organic chemical, agrochemical, pharmaceutical generics, captive power and hazardous waste incineration units. The proposal is currently under environmental examination with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with existing operations already holding valid Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate.
