A ₹700 crore expansion of production capacities, waste handling and effluent systems across multiple manufacturing units housed within an existing multi-sectoral chemical Special Economic Zone at Vilayat GIDC Estate, Bharuch. The expansion covers roughly 20% additional capacity across synthetic organic chemical, agrochemical, pharmaceutical generics, captive power and hazardous waste incineration units. The proposal is currently under environmental examination with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with existing operations already holding valid Consent to Establish and Consent to Operate.
