    A new synthetic organic chemicals manufacturing facility is proposed on a 0.24 hectare non-forest plot at Vesma, Jalalpore taluka, Navsari district, Gujarat, with a total production capacity of 12,600 TPA covering PVA emulsion, binders and acrylic thickener. The proposal has been granted Standard ToR by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and is currently at the pre-construction, baseline-data-collection stage, with consent to establish and EIA consultant engagement yet to be finalized.

    A manufacturer is launching a ₹108.08 crore inorganic products project in Dahej, Gujarat, with a capacity of 1,000 MT per month. Located in the GIDC Dahej-III estate, the facility is awaiting environmental clearance as of February 2026. Construction is scheduled to run from December 2026 to April 2027, targeting the regional industrial chemical market.

    A ₹90 crore project to manufacture 30,000 TPA of VP Latex (synthetic organic chemicals/synthetic rubber) is proposed at Fansa village, Umbergaon taluka, Valsad district, Gujarat. The project has applied for a fresh Terms of Reference and has been granted Standard ToR by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with construction yet to begin. The unit is expected to generate about 84 permanent jobs during operations.

Total land requirement is about 12.14 hectares, entirely non-forest land, with the expansion expected to add significant permanent and contractual employment during both construction and operational phases.
