    A new specialty synthetic organic chemicals manufacturing facility is proposed on about 0.28 hectares at Indrad village, Kadi taluka, Mahesana district, Gujarat, with a total capacity of around 195 TPA covering multiple specialty chemical product lines. The project has been granted Standard ToR by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and is currently at the pre-construction environmental clearance stage. The unit is expected to generate around 360 days of construction-phase employment and 300 days of employment during operations.

    A new synthetic organic chemical manufacturing unit is planned in Ankleshwar, Bharuch, Gujarat, with a production capacity of 150 MT per month. The project, costing Rs. 33.5 million, is set to begin construction in April 2025 and finish by September 2025. Environmental clearance is currently under review by the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change.

Currently awaiting environmental clearance as of March 2026, the expansion is scheduled for a rapid construction phase from June 2026 to December 2026 to meet regional demand.

    A major expansion project at the Dahej chemical complex in Gujarat encompasses capacity enhancement of chloromethane production to 9,750 TPM and chlorotoluene plant modifications. In July 2026, a new ₹550 million Hydrochloric Acid (HCL) synthesis unit was approved to maximize chlorine integration, optimize Caustic Soda output, and feed an upcoming Phosphoric Acid plant.

With a project outlay of ₹65 million, the proposal was submitted to SEIAA for environmental clearance in July 2026. On-site construction activities are scheduled to run from July 2026 through March 2027.
