A significant expansion project in Bamaloi, Thelkoloi, Sambalpur, Odisha, aims to boost sponge iron plant capacity from 160,000 TPA to 260,000 TPA and add steel melting, rolling mill, and MS pipe units. Power capacity will increase from 18 MW to 67 MW. With an investment of Rs. 3,230 million, construction starts in April 2024, completing by December 2024.
