A new multi-modal logistics park is planned in Mappedu Village, Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu, covering 184.27 acres with an estimated cargo volume of 7.17 MMT over a 45-year concession. The Rs. 9,147.9 million project includes warehouses, utilities, CFS, railway connectivity, and a bypass bridge. Phase I is expected by early 2026, with full completion over 10–12 years.
