A new industrial park project is being developed in Sengadu, Sriperumbudur, Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, covering 149,798.84 sq.m with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,562.458 million. Construction began in March 2023 and is scheduled for completion by October 2026. As of June 2025, the project is under review by the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority for clearance.
