Project summary
A greenfield port project is underway in Bhavanapadu, Andhra Pradesh, with a capacity of 12.18 million tonnes per annum and an estimated cost of Rs. 36,700 million. The works began in March 2021, and the project will have a total capacity of 106.83 MTPA under two phases. As of April 2023, a joint venture led by Vishwa Samudra Engineering has won the EPC deal for Phase I, which has a capacity of 23.53 MTPA.
