An advanced $3.3 billion semiconductor packaging glass-core substrate manufacturing facility is coming to the Bhubaneswar–Khurda region, Odisha. Formally initiated via a state government MoU in May 2026, the project will be built in phases over five to six years. It will create over 1,800 high-skilled jobs and establish a localized tech supply chain.
