A new Silicon Carbide (SiC) semiconductor manufacturing unit has been approved for IDCO Infovalley-II, Khordha district, Odisha, spread over 21.889 acres. The unit will produce SiC Diodes and SiC MOSFETs with an investment of Rs. 34062.5 Million, generating around 1,270 jobs. The project has received approval from the Unit Approval Committee under Falta Special Economic Zone jurisdiction.
