Project summary
A port trust in Gujarat plans to establish a fully mechanised handling facility for fertiliser cargo with a capacity of 2.6 MTPA, to be raised to 4.5 MTPA. The estimated cost is Rs.3400 million and the facility is set to be commissioned by October 2020. The Standing Finance Committee of the Ministry of Shipping has approved the project.
