A ₹111,160 million captive riverine jetty is planned on the Mahanadi River in Kendrapara, Odisha. Designed with a 90 MTPA capacity, it will support a major greenfield steel plant. Currently awaiting environmental clearance as of February 2026, the project’s five-year construction phase is scheduled to run from April 2027 to March 2032.
