A greenfield integrated steel complex is planned near Raipur, Chhattisgarh, featuring twin 350 TPD DRI kilns, induction/reheating furnaces, a rerolling mill, a galvanizing line, a captive 35 MW power plant and a fly ash brick unit. The project is currently at the ToR (Terms of Reference) stage with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with a query/clarification pending on the application. Land (9.907 Ha, non-forest, government-allotted) has already been secured from the Chhattisgarh State Industrial Development Corporation.
