    An expansion project for a spinning mill unit in the Khanna industrial area of Ludhiana district, Punjab, set to produce polyester yarn (132.669 TPD) along with polyester waste as a by-product. Spread over 13.399 hectares (about 33.11 acres), the project is expected to generate around 1950 permanent and 50 temporary jobs during operations, apart from construction-phase employment.
