    A hyper-scale data center is proposed to be developed on a 15.10-hectare (about 37.3-acre) site at IP Chandanvelly in Shabad Mandal, Rangareddy district, Telangana, with a total built-up area of about 1,37,887.54 sq. m and a planned IT load capacity of 140 MW against a total power requirement of 224 MW.

    Sprouted Millet Powder Manufacturing Plant in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri District, Telangana

    The State Pollution Control Board has granted Consent to Establish for a new facility to manufacture Jowar, Ragi, and Bajra sprouted powders, each with a capacity of 500 Kg/day. The unit will be located in the TIF MSME Green Industrial Park at Dandu Malkapur village, Choutuppal Mandal. The project is currently at the environmental clearance stage with construction yet to commence.

    A large-format data center building spread over 1,74,635 sq.m of built-up area on a 3.05-hectare plot at Hyderabad Green Pharma City. The facility, structured as 1 Basement + Ground + 8 Upper Floors with terrace, super terrace and a dedicated chiller platform, is currently under review by MoEFCC as a fresh Terms of Reference application. The project is expected to generate around 50 construction-phase jobs and 35 permanent operational jobs once commissioned.

    A new manufacturing facility is being planned at Genome Valley in Hyderabad with an investment of around Rs 150 crore. The plant will produce existing pharmaceutical products along with upcoming nano-formulation products, including a nano-carrier Vitamin D3 oral dispersion that recently received DCGI approval. The facility is expected to be completed in about two years.
