The proposal is a fresh application currently under review by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with baseline environmental data yet to be collected.

    A new Common Biomedical Waste Treatment Facility is proposed at Jayyaram village in Palakurthy mandal, Peddapalli district, Telangana, spread over about 0.77 hectares (1.9 acres). The facility, comprising incineration, autoclaving and shredding units, is currently under examination by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for grant of Terms of Reference, with construction yet to commence.

    Rs.700 Million New Warehouse and IT/ITES Building Construction Project in Ranga Reddy, Telangana

    Telangana From 100 Million to 999 Million

    A ₹700 million warehouse and IT/ITES project is coming to Maheshwaram Mandal, Telangana. Spanning 27,806.20 sq. m., the facility integrates logistics with digital workspace infrastructure. Construction, which began in January 2021, is scheduled for completion by December 2028. As of March 2026, the proposal is awaiting environmental clearance from the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority.

    A ₹157.55 crore EPC contract has been awarded for building a 2-lane unidirectional flyover at NFCL Junction and a 2-lane unidirectional underpass along with a 3-lane unidirectional flyover at TV9 Junction in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The project has been awarded via a Letter of Acceptance and is to be executed on an Engineering, Procurement and Construction basis. Construction is slated to be completed within a period of 24 months from commencement.
