    Maharashtra From 100 Million to 999 Million

    A new HDPE and PP recycling facility is being planned at Additional Jalgaon MIDC in Maharashtra with an investment of over Rs 350 million. The project will feature advanced extrusion and granulation technology along with deep-vacuum deodorisation systems for producing industrial-grade recycled plastic granules. The plant will initially process 1,100 tonnes per month and forms part of a larger Rs 5,000 million recycling and circular manufacturing programme in the state. Commissioning is targeted between October and December 2026 with support from the Government of Maharashtra for land allotment and approvals.

Initially approved in 2019 at Rs.142.4 million, the project is now being expanded with an additional solar power facility, raising total investment to about Rs.1,051.7 million. Pre-project activities are underway.

With an estimated cost of Rs. 300 million, the project received consent from state pollution control authorities as of June 2025.
