    A new 3.5 MTPA integrated steel plant featuring Basic Oxygen Furnace, LRF, Hot Metal De-sulphurisation, RH Degasser, Thin Slab Caster and an Air Separation Unit is proposed at Barbadi and Inzapur villages in Wardha district, Maharashtra. The project involves an investment of Rs. 109240 Million and is currently under examination for grant of Terms of Reference by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. It is an interlinked greenfield unit alongside an existing expansion project of an associate steel company at the same location.

    An integrated steel plant is being expanded and modernized through capacity enhancement of the blast furnace, sinter plant, coke oven plant and captive power plant, along with addition of a new 2300 Cum blast furnace, 220 Sqm sinter plant, 0.2 MTPA coke oven plant, 2.0 MTPA ground granulated blast furnace slag plant and a 1500 TPD oxygen (air separation) plant. The proposal is currently under examination by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for Terms of Reference, with construction yet to commence.

    A new aluminium scrap melting, billet casting and extrusion manufacturing facility is proposed on a 5.2-hectare plot (built-up area of about 33,213 sq m) along Gangapur-Lasur Road near Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra. The project, currently under verification for Environmental Clearance with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, is expected to generate about 700 permanent jobs during operations. Construction has not yet commenced as the proposal awaits environmental appraisal.

    A major energy and materials player is constructing a large-scale manufacturing plant at MIDC Bhadrawati, Maharashtra, backed by a prior ₹103,190 million MoU. Originally planned in 2025 for ₹38,520 million, an August 2026 expansion boosted the investment to ₹79,600 million. Key upgrades include increased gasification, DRI, and steel furnace capacities. MoEFCC environmental clearance has been granted, shifting construction to August 2027–August 2029.

    Expansion of an existing Cold Rolled Grain Oriented (CRGO) electrical steel manufacturing facility at Wadivarhe, Igatpuri, Nashik, raising production capacity from 3,05,000 MT/A to 4,00,000 MT/A. The proposal is currently under examination by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change for grant of Terms of Reference. Total project cost is estimated at ₹5,373.73 crore, including the existing investment of ₹696.73 crore and proposed expansion outlay of ₹4,677 crore.
