Built with an initial Phase I outlay of ₹12,500 million, the plant starts with a 1,200 TPA capacity, expandable to 10,000 TPA. Land has been secured, with commercial production scheduled for Q1 2028.

Featuring 2.5D/3D packaging, chiplet integration, and wafer bumping, the project secured a Memorandum of Understanding with the MP State Electronics Development Corporation in July 2026, creating over 2,500 direct jobs.
