The Andhra Pradesh government has granted state approval with a completion timeline of two years and four months from sanction. The facility is expected to generate up to 1,000 jobs and will receive fiscal and non-fiscal state incentives including tax exemptions and power/water infrastructure support.

The facility, structured as 1 Basement + Ground + 8 Upper Floors with terrace, super terrace and a dedicated chiller platform, is currently under review by MoEFCC as a fresh Terms of Reference application. The project is expected to generate around 50 construction-phase jobs and 35 permanent operational jobs once commissioned.
