    A hyper-scale data center is proposed to be developed on about 40.82 acres of TGIIC-allotted land at Chandanvelli village, Shabad Mandal, Rangareddy district, Telangana, with a Phase-1 built-up area of 1,28,894.76 sq mtr and 84 MW of IT load capacity. The complete site is designed for a total power requirement of 170 MVA. The proposal is a fresh Environmental Clearance application currently under verification with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.

The unit will have a capacity of 3600 DG sets per year with an investment of Rs. 382.4 Million. The State Pollution Control Board has granted Consent to Establish for the project, with Consent for Operation to be obtained prior to commencement of activity.

    A hyperscale AI data centre park spread over about 170 acres at Kandukur mandal in Ranga Reddy district is being developed with an initial investment of Rs. 600000 Million, with cumulative investment likely to rise to Rs. 1000000 Million in later phases. The campus is designed to support 1,200 MW to 1,600 MW of IT load across four independently operable hyperscale modules of up to 400 MW each for AI, cloud, colocation and high-performance computing workloads. The project is currently at the announcement stage following land allotment by the Telangana industries and commerce department.

The initiative is currently at an early announcement stage following a land acquisition and partnership agreement.
