    The project involves setting up a lactogypsum processing facility to manufacture gypsum boards using by-products from a PLA plant, with a capacity of around 76 lakh boards per annum. The plant will be developed at Kumbhi in Uttar Pradesh with an investment of Rs 1600 million. It is part of an integrated strategy to utilise industrial by-products and enhance sustainability. Commercial production is targeted by December 2027, with funding supported through equity and debt approvals.
