    A new data center building with a built-up area of about 39,274 sq.m is proposed on a 0.844 hectare non-forest plot at Ambattur Village, Chennai. The proposal, filed as an amendment application under the Environmental Clearance process, is currently under verification with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. The developer expects the project to generate around 100 permanent jobs and up to 10,000 man-days of temporary employment during both construction and operational phases.

    A hyperscale data center with 1.25 GW capacity is proposed at Jagnadhapuram village, Anandapuram, in Visakhapatnam district. The project has been approved by the State Investment Promotion Committee and will be developed in five phases between 2027 and 2036, with the first phase to begin within 37 months. Around 200 acres of land have been identified for the development.

    A 10 GW ingot-and-wafer manufacturing facility is planned at Gopalpur, Odisha, after the company evaluated incentives and infrastructure support against a rival Andhra Pradesh location. The plant will be built in two 5 GW phases, with the first phase expected to start operations in January 2028 and the second about six months later. Land at the site, part of a special economic zone being developed by a group company, was already acquired, allowing quick progress.
