    Bengaluru-based electric two-wheeler maker is setting up a new manufacturing facility in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, under a signed MoU with the state government. The Rs 779 crore project is expected to generate around 4,000 jobs and adds to the growing EV manufacturing cluster near the Karnataka border, alongside existing facilities of other EV makers in the Hosur-Krishnagiri belt. The project is currently at the MoU/announcement stage, with no construction timeline disclosed yet.

The facility forms part of a broader investment commitment under a memorandum of understanding with the Government of Tamil Nadu. Groundbreaking for the project has already taken place and the unit will contribute to advanced EV component manufacturing and ecosystem development in the state.
