Rs.1800 Million Warehouse Storage Facility in Raigad district, Maharashtra

A new warehouse storage facility is planned on a 4.86-hectare plot (Plot No. 604, 605, 606, Sector 6) within JNPA-SEZ, Village Sonari, Taluka Uran, Raigad district, Maharashtra, with a total built-up area of about 42,744 sq. m. The facility will provide static storage capacity of 91,000 MT, comprising 1,000 MT of frozen/cold storage (15-18°C) and 90,000 MT of dry storage. The proposal is currently under verification with the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with construction expected to start around October 2026 and be completed by October 2031.
