    Expansion of an existing specialty chemicals unit producing pesticide technicals, intermediates, fungicides and related organic chemicals at GIDC Estate, Saykha, Bharuch district, Gujarat. The project has received Terms of Reference from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and is at an early clearance stage, with construction yet to commence. Total land requirement is about 12.14 hectares, entirely non-forest land, with the expansion expected to add significant permanent and contractual employment during both construction and operational phases.

The project will utilize Hydrofluorosilicic Acid (HFSA), a by-product of the phosphoric acid process, as raw material to diversify the company's specialty chemicals portfolio. The Board resolution was passed following a meeting held on July 28, 2026.

    New Synthetic Organic Chemicals Manufacturing Unit in Mahesana, Gujarat

    A new specialty synthetic organic chemicals manufacturing facility is proposed on about 0.28 hectares at Indrad village, Kadi taluka, Mahesana district, Gujarat, with a total capacity of around 195 TPA covering multiple specialty chemical product lines. The project has been granted Standard ToR by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and is currently at the pre-construction environmental clearance stage. The unit is expected to generate around 360 days of construction-phase employment and 300 days of employment during operations.
