The unit already holds Consent to Establish from MPCB and has previously received Environmental Clearance. The expansion proposal has now received Standard ToR from the MoEFCC, with detailed EIA studies and further clearance yet to follow before construction begins.

    A new greenfield facility for manufacturing pesticide technical grade products and pesticide intermediates is proposed on a 1.75-hectare plot within the Gujarat Petrochemicals and Petrochemicals Investment Region (PCPIR) at GIDC Dahej-II. The project has a total outlay of about ₹120 crore and has received Standard ToR from the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with baseline environmental data collection yet to be undertaken.
