As of June 2025, it has been submitted for environmental clearance to the State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority.

The facility will produce dispersing agents, bonding agents, leather, and construction chemicals. With an estimated cost of Rs. 424.7 million, construction is set to begin in September 2025 and conclude by December 2025, pending environmental clearance.

Estimated at Rs. 35 million, construction is set to begin in April 2025 and conclude by March 2026. As of May 2025, the project is awaiting environmental clearance from SEIAA.
