The project, costing Rs 622.4 million, is planned from April 2026 to April 2027 and is awaiting state-level environmental clearance.

    A new integrated cement plant is planned in New Umrangso, Dima Hasao, Assam, with clinker and cement production capacities of 0.95 MTPA each. The facility will produce multiple cement types and include a 6 MW Waste Heat Recovery System and diesel generator sets. With an investment of Rs.9,000 million, construction is scheduled from June 2026 to January 2028, and SEIAA clearance is under review.

    A new brownfield ammonia–urea fertiliser complex is under implementation at Namrup in Dibrugarh district, Assam. The project will add 12.7 lakh metric tonnes per annum of urea capacity with an investment of about Rs.106,000 million. The foundation stone was laid in December 2025, and commissioning is targeted by 2030 under a multi-partner joint venture.
