Wyndham Signs 69-Room Ramada Encore Hotel with D and D Enterprise in Dwarka, Gujarat
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts has signed an agreement with D and D Enterprise to develop Ramada Encore by Wyndham Dwarka Varavala, a 69-room hotel in Varavala, Dwarka, Gujarat. The property is scheduled to open in the third quarter of 2027.
Upon opening, the hotel will feature 69 guestrooms, an all-day dining restaurant, banquet facilities, a swimming pool and other guest amenities. The project is intended to serve religious pilgrims, leisure travellers and business visitors to Dwarka, one of India's key spiritual tourism destinations and part of the Char Dham pilgrimage circuit.
The development is being undertaken by D and D Enterprise, with the partners citing rising visitor demand, improving infrastructure and increasing tourism investment in the region as drivers for the project.
