Veerhealth Care to add new lines, expand facility in Gujarat

Automotive Industries  -  Aug 08,2024  -

Veerhealth Care has unveiled its ambitious expansion plans, acquiring an additional 27,451 sq. ft. of land adjacent to its existing facility in Vapi, Gujarat. This expansion is a strategic move to meet the growing demand from the US market, particularly by adhering to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) as required by the US FDA. With this acquisition, the company’s total plot area will increase to 58,623 sq. ft., and the constructed area will expand to 90,000 sq. ft., allowing Veerhealth Care to introduce new high-capacity manufacturing and filling lines. This will significantly boost its production capabilities, especially in the oral care segment, which has received positive feedback from markets in the US, East, and North Africa.

In addition to enhancing its manufacturing capacity, Veerhealth Care is investing in plastic blow molding and injection molding machines at the new facility. This will enable the company to achieve backward integration by producing its own packaging materials in-house, thereby improving efficiency and reducing dependency on external suppliers. The expansion is a key part of Veerhealth Care’s strategy to offer a complete, end-to-end solution for its clients, positioning the company to achieve its revenue target of Rs 100 crore within the next two to three years. By consolidating all stages of production within its own facilities, Veerhealth Care aims to strengthen its market position and enhance its ability to meet the increasing global demand for its products.
