TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) has signed a ₹1,000 crore memorandum of understanding with the Government of Tamil Nadu for upcoming industrial and logistics projects across the state. The agreement was signed at the VETTRI Tamil Nadu Investment Conclave 2026, in the presence of the state's Chief Minister and the Minister for Industries, Investment Promotion and Commerce.

The proposed investment is expected to create around 1,500 job opportunities and strengthen the industrial and logistics infrastructure supporting businesses and supply chains across Tamil Nadu.

TVS ILP, a Grade-A warehousing developer, currently operates 10 industrial and logistics parks in Tamil Nadu, serving companies across e-commerce, automobile, FMCG and FMCD sectors. The new commitment is part of the company's broader strategy to expand its total warehousing portfolio to 20 million square feet by 2028.

Dr. Ramnath Subramaniam, Joint Managing Director of TVS ILP, said the investment reflects opportunities emerging across the state and the company's intent to serve as a tech-enabled infrastructure partner to businesses expanding operations in Tamil Nadu.

The investment aligns with Tamil Nadu's broader push toward industrial growth, as the state targets a $1.5 trillion economy by 2036, with rising demand for modern, strategically located warehousing and logistics facilities across emerging industrial hubs.
