The Fern Hotels & Resorts has entered into an agreement for The Fern Residency Baramati, Series by Marriott, a 56-room hotel project in Baramati, Maharashtra. The property is being developed by Nexus Hospitality Private Limited and is scheduled to open in 2027.
The hotel will feature 56 rooms and suites alongside an all-day dining venue, a signature restaurant, and a bar. The development will also include event spaces for meetings, conferences, and social functions. Supporting facilities will comprise a fitness centre and a swimming pool.
The property is positioned to serve both business and leisure travellers in Baramati. No investment quantum has been disclosed at this stage.
