Subros Starts Commercial Production at ₹150 Crore Greenfield Automotive HVAC Plant in Kharkhoda, Haryana
Subros has commenced commercial operations at its new greenfield manufacturing facility in Kharkhoda, Haryana. The company announced the start of production on Wednesday, 28 October 2026.
The plant adds annual manufacturing capacity of 4.5 lakh units. Products include automotive air-conditioning systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) units, and hose and tubes.
Subros invested approximately ₹150 crore in the facility. The company funded the project through a combination of internal accruals and debt.
The plant was set up to supply customers from a location close to their manufacturing sites. The company said it reinforces its readiness to meet evolving demand in the mobility sector.
The Kharkhoda facility expands Subros’s thermal management component manufacturing base in the Haryana auto cluster. The source does not give details on land area, customers, product lines by volume or employment.
