Six Firms to Invest Over ₹350 Crore in Quantum Technology Projects Under Amaravati Quantum Valley Initiative, Andhra Pradesh

Several companies have announced investments in Amaravati under the Andhra Pradesh government's Quantum Valley initiative. The latest approvals are expected to bring in investments of more than ₹350 crore. The projects span research, advanced manufacturing, cybersecurity, healthcare and quantum computing, and are expected to create hundreds of skilled jobs.

 

SRSTI Quantum plans to invest ₹100 crore in deep-tech research and advanced manufacturing facilities, with employment for about 500 people. Quantum Codon Private Limited will set up a drug discovery and biotechnology research centre with an investment of ₹167 crore, creating about 126 jobs.

 

Arohak Technologies will invest ₹62 crore in cybersecurity and photonics technologies, with nearly 300 jobs planned. Triquanta Labs will invest ₹35 crore in its indigenous TQNC-60i quantum computing hardware project, which is expected to employ around 175 people.

 

Photon Core Systems has proposed ₹9 crore to expand its photon-based quantum technologies, creating about 45 jobs. Quanfluence will invest ₹5 crore in developing advanced security solutions, adding about 30 positions. Veridata Health Inc. has also announced plans for a global engineering hub in Amaravati. No investment figure or timeline was given for this project.
