Royal Orchid Hotels Launches Regenta Magnus, 105-Key Property in Pune's Viman Nagar
Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd has launched Regenta Magnus, its newest upscale property in Pune, located in the Viman Nagar area and targeting business and leisure travellers. The property was launched through the company's subsidiary, Regenta Hotels Private Limited, as part of the group's expansion in Maharashtra.
Regenta Magnus currently features 66 rooms and suites, comprising 62 Club Rooms of 380 sq. ft. and four Executive Suites of 750 sq. ft. The company plans to add 39 more rooms by December 2026, taking total capacity to 105 keys.
The property, located at Anand Heights on Airport Road, includes a restaurant, an all-day café-cum-bar, a rooftop infinity swimming pool, and banquet halls with a combined capacity of up to 192 guests in theatre-style seating. The location offers connectivity to the airport and metro.
Chander K. Baljee, Chairman and Managing Director of Royal Orchid Hotels, described the launch as a milestone in the group's expansion across key destinations. Keshav Baljee, Whole Time Director, said the launch reflects the company's strategic focus on high-potential urban micro-markets, citing the connectivity of the Viman Nagar corridor as an advantage for scaling operations.
