For the purpose of establishing a nano-urea fertiliser facility in Mumbai, Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilisers (RCF) has already received environmental clearance (EC) from the Ministry of Environment, Forest, and Climate Change.

The overall annual production capacity of this facility, which will be situated within RCF's Trombay unit industrial area in Chembur, will be 27,375 KL.
