NDR Group Expands Warehousing and Industrial Park Portfolio with ₹2,000 Crore Projects
Chennai-based NDR Group is expanding its warehousing and industrial infrastructure portfolio, with projects worth more than ₹2,000 crore currently underway. Through its development arm NDR Smart Spaces, the Group is constructing approximately seven million sq ft of warehousing and industrial park space.
The new space forms part of a larger 13 million sq ft pipeline earmarked for future transfer to the NDR InvIT Trust. The Trust currently manages 22.17 million sq ft of warehousing and industrial assets across 17 cities in India, with over 100 tenants including DHL and Amazon under long-term lease agreements.
As part of its expansion strategy, NDR Group is entering new markets such as Varanasi to tap rising consumption and e-commerce-driven demand for logistics space. NDR Smart Spaces is also set to receive a US$ 50 million investment from the International Finance Corporation, with the transaction currently in due diligence.
Beyond warehousing, the Group is exploring diversification into cold storage, rooftop solar installations, and social infrastructure projects including educational and health facilities.
