Lemon Tree Hotels Signs Keys Lite Property in Manali, Expanding Himachal Pradesh Portfolio to 11 Hotels
Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has signed a franchise agreement for Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Manali, marking the brand's entry into the popular Himalayan hill destination. The disclosure was made to the National Stock Exchange and BSE on August 5, 2026.
The upcoming property will feature 24 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, lounge, fitness centre and public spaces designed for leisure travellers, families and small groups. The hotel will be located approximately 56 km from Bhuntar Airport, Kullu-Manali, and around 200 km from Kiratpur Railway Station.
With this signing, Lemon Tree Hotels' portfolio in Himachal Pradesh will comprise 11 properties, including four operational hotels and seven under development. Vishvapreet Singh Cheema, President of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd., said Manali draws travellers across seasons, particularly families, couples and road-trip enthusiasts, and that the Keys Lite brand's value-led proposition suits the destination's visitor profile.
The signing continues the company's strategy of expanding its hotel portfolio in leisure destinations with strong tourism demand through the franchise model, alongside its Aurika, Lemon Tree Premier, Lemon Tree Hotels, Red Fox Hotels, Keys Prima and Keys Select brands.
