Juniper Green Energy Commissions 305 MW Solar-Wind Capacity in Gujarat Under GUVNL PPAs
Juniper Green Energy has announced the commissioning of 305 MW of renewable energy capacity in Gujarat, executed under multiple power purchase agreements with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Ltd (GUVNL). The newly commissioned portfolio comprises 183 MW of solar capacity and 122 MW of wind capacity.
The projects are spread across Surendranagar, Aravalli, Devbhumi Dwarka and adjoining districts in Gujarat. The company stated that all the projects were commissioned ahead of their scheduled commercial operation dates under the respective PPAs with GUVNL.
The commissioning adds to Juniper Green Energy's operating renewable energy portfolio in Gujarat and follows the company's recent start of commissioning activities for a firm and dispatchable renewable energy (FDRE) project at Fatehgarh in Rajasthan.
