ITC Hotels Signs 143-Key Welcomhotel Project on 4-Acre Site in Ayodhya
ITC Hotels Limited has signed a management agreement for a Welcomhotel property in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The project will be developed by M/S Kiraan Planners & Project Developers LLP on an anticipated 4-acre site.
The Welcomhotel Ayodhya project will feature 143 guest rooms and suites. The property will include an all-day dining restaurant and more than 11,000 sq ft of indoor banqueting space, along with a swimming pool, fitness center and spa facilities.
The signing expands ITC Hotels' presence in Uttar Pradesh and adds to the national footprint of the Welcomhotel brand. The development is intended to support hospitality, events and accommodation requirements in the city.
Welcomhotel Ayodhya will add branded hospitality capacity in one of India's growing spiritual tourism destinations, aligning with rising demand for organized accommodation supported by ongoing infrastructure and connectivity upgrades in the city.
