Inox Wind Bags ₹1,600 Crore Repeat Order from NLC India for 200 MW Wind Turbines
Inox Wind Limited (IWL) has secured a repeat order worth ₹1,600 crore from NLC India Limited (NLC India) for the supply of 200 MW of wind turbine generators. Inox Wind will execute the project on a turnkey basis and expects to commission it within 24 months from the date of the Letter of Award.
The scope of work includes supply of wind turbine generators along with engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services. Inox Wind will also undertake post-commissioning operations and maintenance services, managing the project from equipment supply through commissioning and long-term operational support.
Following this repeat order, Inox Wind's order book has reached 4.7 GW, comprising projects from independent power producers, commercial and industrial customers, public sector undertakings and other clients. The order strengthens Inox Wind's pipeline in the renewable energy sector and supports the continued expansion of India's wind power infrastructure.
