The group has already invested close to ₹12,000 crore in Haryana and currently employs about 9,000 people across its businesses there. Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) will anchor the expansion, having invested roughly ₹11,000 crore in the state so far and planning a further ₹16,000 crore by FY28, taking its cumulative investment to around ₹27,000 crore. GPL currently has 18 projects underway across Gurugram, Sonipat, Faridabad, Panipat and Kurukshetra.
Godrej Ventures, the group's real estate private equity arm, has invested around ₹1,000 crore in the state and plans a further ₹3,500 crore in Grade A+ office space in Gurugram.
Beyond real estate, the group's other verticals maintain a presence in Haryana. Godrej Capital operates five branches in the state and has facilitated close to ₹550 crore in bookings through its financing arm, while Godrej Consumer Products runs a distribution network of 42 direct distributors and more than 250 rural stockists.
The combined investment plan is expected to generate around 40,000 jobs across the group's businesses in the state.
