GE Vernova Bags 163.4 MW Wind Turbine Order from Enfinity Global for Fatehgarh Wind Farm, Rajasthan
GE Vernova Inc. has signed an agreement with Enfinity Global to supply 43 of its 3.8 MW–154m onshore wind turbines for the 163.4 MW Fatehgarh Wind Farm in Rajasthan. The agreement covers both turbine supply and installation.
The turbines will be manufactured at GE Vernova's facility in Pune, which has an annual production capacity of up to 1,500 MW. Deliveries for the project are expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The order builds on GE Vernova's installed wind base of 5 GW in India and follows an earlier 100 MW turbine supply agreement with Powerica Limited for the Botad Wind Farm in Gujarat, signed in June 2026. GE Vernova said it will draw on its Bengaluru Technology Center and blade manufacturing plant in Vadodara to support execution of the Fatehgarh project.
Enfinity Global holds a 4 GW renewable energy portfolio in India, with about 300 MW currently operational across solar, wind and energy storage projects, and has separately secured grid connectivity for 2 GW of utility-scale solar and wind capacity across Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra and Karnataka. The Fatehgarh order supports India's push toward 500 GW of non-fossil fuel-based energy capacity by 2030.
