Euler Motors Expands Palwal Facility with ₹100 Crore Investment for Electric Four-Wheeler Production

Automotive Industries Aug 21,2026

Euler Motors, an electric commercial vehicle OEM, has expanded its manufacturing facility in Palwal, Haryana, dedicating the new capacity to its four-wheeler (4W) portfolio comprising the Euler Turbo EV 1000 and Storm EV. The investment totals ₹100 crore, with the company now operating across 40 acres and an annual production capacity of up to 24,000 vehicles.

The facility was inaugurated by Dr. Pawan Munjal, Executive Chairman of Hero MotoCorp, in the presence of Euler Motors' leadership team. Hero MotoCorp is an investor in Euler Motors.

At full ramp-up, the plant will run two shifts a day, supplemented by a third hybrid shift, to manufacture the Turbo EV 1000 and Storm EV. It includes an automated 4W assembly conveyor line, dedicated assembly lines, a body shop and an integrated battery pack assembly line, built on a localised supply chain.

The facility incorporates a layered testing and validation setup across manufacturing stages. Suspension frames, drivetrain and steering systems undergo fault-detection testing, while battery packs are tested for thermal cycling, thermal shock, water wading, drop, vibration and mechanical shock under real-world load conditions.

Euler Motors has scaled four-wheeler sales from around 40 vehicles a month in April last year to roughly 800 vehicles a month by June this year. The expanded facility is intended to support this growing demand as the company scales production of its electric commercial four-wheeler range.
